My favorite mystery book would have to be "The Westing Game". It is an awesome book and I loved it alot! There is also a movie based on this book. It is called "Get a Clue" by Ray Walston. I have placed a hold on this movie in the library! I can't wait until it comes!
One mystery book that I like is called Down the Rabbit Hole by Peter Abrahams. It's about Ingrid who is 13, trying to solve a murder. She's not perfect but she is likable and real. What do you think about this book?
I haven't read Rabbit hole, but I'll check it out. A mystery series that I like a lot is the Forensic mysteries(The Christopher Killer, The Angel of Death & The Circle of Blood) by Alane Ferguson. I can't wait for the fourth one to come out.
I read mostly teen mysteries, I'm not really into adult books quite yet. :) Actually, there is a "children's" series that you are NEVER too old for! It is called the Mandie series, by Lois Gladys Leppard. I would love any recommendations of CHRISTIAN mystery books or series, since I am a big fan of mysteries!!!!!!
I found that many people recommend Frank Peretti's Veritas Project which is a series written for teens. Many books recommended for teens are actually written for adults like the Cape Refuge series by Terri Blackstock.
I do NOT like the Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys graphic novels. The old classics are MUCH better. With the new graphic novels, they try to "conform" to the culture today, and one of the reasons that I fell in love with the original books is that they were old classics. Also, every one of the graphic novels I have read has a murder in it, and I am not really one for murder mysteries. P.S. Thanks for the recommendation of the Left Behind books. I have read the teen series, and loved it, but my mom will not let me read the adult series quite yet!! :)

I hope you like the movie as much as you liked the book!
If you could be a sleuth or detective from any book, who would you be?

Do you think there are a lot of good "Teen" mysteries or too few? Do you read mostly "Teen" or "Adult" mysteries?
